According to the ITSM Library, Business Continuity is the “business process responsible for managing risk that could seriously impact the business. Business continuity management safeguards the interests of key stakeholders, reputation, brand and value-creating activities.”
The Business Continuity Management Foundation course introduces professionals to the fundamentals of reducing risk to an acceptable level and planning the recovery of business processes should any disruption arise.
